21th Trade Mission: ‘Sustainable Trademission between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Cuba’
December 2, 2015 - December 3, 2015
The 21st trade mission consists of two parts: a congress – allowing approximately 15 speakers – and matchmaking. The first day of themission? will be rounded off by a gala dinner on the occasion of concluding the bicentenary celebrations of the Kingdom.
The target is to achieve sustainable business between the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and CUBA. When we say Kingdom of the Netherlands we refer to the autonomous countries Curaçao, Aruba, Sint Maarten and the three special municipalities of the Netherlands: Bonaire, Saba and Saint Eustatius. What opportunities do the entrepreneurs have on all sides?
Since a number of years, we have explicitly been focusing on sustainability. On a content level with attention to the sustainable energy market, and by stimulating long-term partnerships. We give financial institutions and investors the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of (new) markets in CUBA. At the same time we point out sales markets for various products and services to the entrepreneurs.
As has become customary, our congresses are well represented by the business community, but also by employers’ organizations, the financial sector (trust and banking sector), transport, renewable energy, freezones, mining, tourism, agriculture, (fire) safety and representatives of governments from the parts of the Kingdom.
In the matchmaking part, the participants can enter into dialogue with each other about developing new partnerships and taking optimum advantage of opportunities on the reciprocal markets. InterExpo offers tailored services; based on a clear profile, a match is found adhering to the business needs of a company.
